As a certified yoga instructor trained at the Temple of Kriya Yoga, I am committed to ongoing learning and development in a variety of specialty areas.

These include meditation, mindfulness, children’s yoga, athletic yoga, Anusara, and Yoga for Veterans. Through continuous education and certification, I strive to expand my practice and bring new insights to my students.

In my classes, my focus is to create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters growth and personal development. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of body type or level of experience. So whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, you’ll feel right at home in my classes. I look forward to sharing the transformative power of yoga with you!

  • If you are managing an injury, disease, or other health condition, contact your physician before beginning any yoga class. If you ever feel faint, discomfort, light-headed, dizzy, or breathless—stop exercising immediately and contact your doctor.
  • My classes are not designed for my pregnant friends. I recommend seeking an instructor that specializes in pregnancy classes.
  • Enchanted Empress assumes no responsibility for any injuries suffered while attending a class or practicing the techniques on your own. Participation in any yoga or meditation class (in-person or virtual) is at the participant’s own risk. All clients will be required to sign a release indicating that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above conditions.
